Minneapolis-based Murphy & Co sketched out the impressive house. The “Tramonto” house is on a lengthy elevated estate featuring its own one of a kind ski slope in the south outskirts Bellerieve reinforcement. This home was built in 2013 originally and then rendered to John Kraemer & Sons in 2014 by an Edina-based contractor.  The spectacular home includes a connection to the riverbank with its 4.2-acre of territory currently priced around 3.3 million from the Hennepin County proprietorship tax transcripts.

Jeff Murphy, the designer current CEO and leader of design at Murphy & CO. went on to state the landowner wished for a European model influenced by French homey designs, inclines, and arches. In an interview Jeff Murphy mentioned that the making of this fascinating home was an obstacle because it was so high up, but interesting as well figuring out the room layouts to include the gorgeous view.

At the end he stated how fulfilling it was to have an opportunity to be a part of such a large project. The panoramic valley landscape encompasses towering glass windows and a covered balcony with furnace. The house features an outdoor pool, a workout room, a movie theater, a billiards room, and a restored wood shop with a wood stove and freight doors.

The primary entrance has woodland pillars, and a porch atop. The living room has timber beams with iron cylinder connections and a fireplace of carved stone. Excelsior-based Manor House Interiors conducted the innermost scheme for the home. This home is one of the 10 finalists in the general polling section of Warroad-based Marvin Window and Doors’ annual Architecture Challenge.
